No. Please do not purchase vouchers from any site we’re being advertised on without completing a reservation request on our website, first.
You can do this by simply clicking on the “Reserve” tab on our website.
Our event ended sooner than we expected. Can we receive a partial refund for ending the photo booth early?
No. We are not responsible for when your event ends.
If you ask our attendant to discontinue service, they will comply with your request.

How far in advance should we book?
As far in advance as possible.
Will there be a photo booth operator on site?
Our friendly attendant will give your guests the V.I.P. treatment they deserve at all times.
We’ll assist your guests with props, operation of the kiosk, and signing your scrap book.
We’ll manage all photos, ensuring your guests receive one copy and you receive the other.
The photo booth area will remain clean and organized by our attendant.
Will you be able to set up the booth at our event venue?
Our photo booth design is common in this industry and can be set up almost anywhere.
Stairs, elevators, indoor or outdoor venues, etc.
How long will it take you to set up?
A minimum of 1 hour.
We’ll arrive 1 hour before our contracted start time.
How much space does your Photo Booth need?
Our booth measures 5 ft by 5 ft by 7 ft tall.
We need a minimum space of 10×10 sq ft., a level surface, and an electrical outlet.
We also provide a 6′ table for props and a 4′ table for our scrap book service.
Additional space may be needed depending on the layout of your event.
How long will it take you to tear down?
A minimum of 1 hour.
Are you insured?
Our $2,000,000.00 insurance coverage is provided by an industry leader in special event services.
What happens if there is a mechanical problem with the photo booth?
We will fix it immediately.
Our attendant will quickly troubleshoot, identify, and resolve any problems.
Commonly we have to refill the printer with paper/ribbon. Max shut down time for this is 30 minutes.
In the event of a technical failure, our attendant will quickly replace equipment with back up gear.
Per our contract, we are given a 30 minute window for resolving tech issues, although sometimes it may take longer.
If the issue is unfix-able, we’ll contact you after the event to issue a partial refund.
Are the photos printed immediately?
Our dye sub. printer outputs photos in 14.9 seconds and automatically cuts them into strips.
Photos print on water resistant, lab quality paper, guaranteeing they’ll never smear, smudge, or fade.
Photos are guaranteed to maintain quality for up to a century.
How many photos can our guests take during an event?
As many as they can within the period of time we’ve been contracted for.
We’ve even been known to stay later than usual. We like to party!
Can we have copies of the photos taken at the event?
After our contracted period expires, we’ll make a CD of all images for you before we leave.
Can we choose Color or Black & White photos?
Our touch screen kiosk allows you to choose color or black and white prints before each session.
Can we have extra prints?
Yes, if you purchased a V.I.P. package.
You’ll just need to ask our attendant to print them.
Can we put our event logo on the photo strip?
Our design team can create an image for you, or you can provide us with your own.
Do you offer photo album or scrap book services?
As mentioned above, we will set up a 4′ table directly outside of the booth.
Our attendant will help your guests create your scrap book.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule my event?
Cancellations must be in writing and received at least two weeks before your event.
Deposit is non-refundable.
We’d be happy to help you with rescheduling your event.
How can I pay for my photo booth event rental?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.
